Mermaid 1
M/V Mermaid 1 is a 28 metre, double engine steel motor yacht. She comfortably holds 15 guests in 1 Master State Room (king bed), 1 Single and 4 Deluxe Cabins (double or twin beds) and 2 Standard Cabins (double/twin beds) below deck. The master, single and deluxe cabins have private bathrooms, mini bars and panoramic sea view windows. The standard cabins are below decks with private bathroom and mini bar. There is a wide stern dive platform with two exit ladders and fresh water showers. Great food is served in our 'Sawasdee Restaurant' with large windows to enjoy the views. After meals relax with our TV/Video and music center, library and a full selection of marine life books. There are two outside decks, one shaded with outside seating and the other on top with sun chairs. NITROX is available on every cruise. I.M.O Certification

Itinerary
BURMA SAFARI - 9 DAYS/9 NIGHTS
Departure Day
Guests transfer to Patong between 17:00-18:00 checking in at Sea World Dive Team. Transfer to MV Mermaid I by 19:00 for boat and safety briefing, settle into your cabin then set up equipment. Prior to getting underway, the crew set off firecrackers to bring good luck for the cruise , dinner is served and we sail usually calm seas for 6 hours to the Similan Islands.
Day One - 4 dives
1 dive East Of Eden
Visit Princess Beach at Island #4, visit the small museum or shop for a Similans souvenir.
1 dive Koh Bon
1 dive Koh Tachai followed by an interesting night dive
Day Two - 3 dives
1 dive either at Koh Tachai or Richelieu Rock
2 dives Richelieu Rock
Day Three - 4 dives
1 dive High Rock
1 dive Stewart Island
2 dives
Day Four - 4 dives
4 dives Shark Cave
Day Five - 4 dives
3 day and 1 sunset dive Black Rock
Weather allowing cruise 8 hours overnight to the Burma Banks.
Day Six - 4 dives
4 dives Burma Banks (weather permitting)

2 dives Fan Forrest.

Day Eight - 2 dives

Aditional Fees:
- Thailand and Burma only - prices do not include: National Park Fees of THB 1,200 or Burma (Myanmar) Entry fee USD 150.00 (new unmarked notes, payable in cash only on departure day), rental equipment, NITROX fills (USD 5), on board courses and alcoholic beverages.
- Burma only - prices do not include: Burma (Myanmar) Entry Fee of USD 200.00(new unmarked notes, payable in cash only on departure day). Four (4) passport photos are also required on departure day, together with a photo copy of the main (picture) page of the passport.
- Indonesia only - prices do not include: Transfers to/from central and northern Bali , National Park and Port fees USD 50, NITROX fills (USD 5), rental equipment, on board courses and alcoholic beverages (All Fees subject to change without prior notice).
